ABOUT SRI GADING
Damansara Realty Berhad (“DBhd”) has been awarded as a Design and Build Contractor to undertake Cadangan Perlaksanaan Projek Pembangunan di Sebahagian Lot 2919, dan di Sebahagian Lot 4707 in Mukim Simpang Kanan, Batu Pahat. Johor Darul Takzim, also known as Sri Gading Project.
DBhd enteres the Tri-Partite Development Agreement with Johor Corporation and Sri Gading Land Sdn. Bhd. (both parties are proprietors of two (2) parcels of land in Sri Gading, Batu Pahat) and Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad as the developer, for the proposed residential and commercial development of the land in 26 January 2006. The construction consists of 3,129 units of low and medium cost houses and apartments. The development expected to be completed in April 2010.

ROAD UPGRADING
Total Project Cost : RM 16 Mil
Road Length : 2.5 KM
Damansara Realty (Johor) has spent RM14.5million in upgrading Jalan Tampoi. The road component has been increased from 2 lanes to a 4-lane dual carriageway with a span of 2.23 kilometers. In addition, the scope also covers construction of 4 bridges, an overhead bridge, bus stop and pedestrian walkways. The most important component of the overhead bridge is the construction of massive main drains which, together with the dual-purpose Community Park, will address the problem of frequent flooding at Jalan Tampoi.
The upgrading of Jalan Tampoi road together with relocation of services from KM4.1 to KM7.5 in Mukim Tebrau, Johor, was awarded by Jabatan Kerja Raya (Public Works Department) in 2004 with a contract sum of RM 16 million.
The Certificate of Practical Completion was duly obtained on 16th January 2006.
